Love the colour but quite stiff
Love this hat but doesn’t sit deep enough on my head even with inner strap tightened. Still wearable but will fly off easily. Very stiff, is that how it’s supposed to be?

Love the hat, but.....
Good afternoon Will+Bear
Received the hat now just a couple of weeks ago, love it! But, the size large is small. Which I was surprised due to my last purchases of your hats I've always chosen large. So now I'm in a bit of a pickle, due to being away for a couple of weeks on the road for work. The Percy sits in a box at home waiting to see if I can exchange it and order the XL instead, if you still have any. Wondering how you can help?
