supporting regenerative farming
For the Future of Farming & Fashion
Australian wool is a cornerstone at Will & Bear, cherished for its quality and sustainability. The Tiverton project demonstrates how integrating regenerative wool growing and innovative biodiversity efforts contributes to a healthier planet. This approach enhances soil health, supports native flora, reduces carbon emissions, and can bring endangered native species back from the brink of extinction.

Tiverton Farm Sanctuary Project
Tiverton Farm is Victoria's largest predator-free sanctuary
Spanning 1,000ha in Victoria's Western District, Tiverton stands as a beacon of regenerative farming and wildlife conservation, nurturing not only Merino sheep for high-quality wool but also offering refuge to endangered Eastern Barred Bandicoots since October 2020. The farm is set to welcome Eastern Quolls, reintroducing them to the area after seven decades. This innovative approach enhances both wool production and ecosystem health, showcasing how active species conservation can directly contribute to soil improvement and biodiversity.

How Many Bandicoots?
Will and Bear’s support of the Odonata Foundation has assisted in the successful repopulation of the eastern barred bandicoot, with just 34 bandicoots three years ago, to estimates tracking the population at Odonata’s Tiverton sanctuary to be approximately 3,000 as of 2023.
