How do I access the discount? 

  • All items included in the promotion are between 20% - 40% off and the discounted price will show automatically.
  • The secondary promotion, ‘A further 10% off when you buy 2 or more hats’ will automatically be calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order? 

  • Due to the high volume of orders we receive, our handling time will be longer than our standard 2 business days and may be up to 7 business days.
  • Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date. 
  • While most orders are being received on time, there are some delays occurring and carriers are not guaranteeing their delivery dates. 
  • We encourage you to visit our shipping page for specific details.
  • Due to the high volume of demand, Will & Bear cannot guarantee the availability of stock during the promotional period. In the unlikely event that your order is unable to be fulfilled, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative option or a refund.

Can I change my order? 

  • Once your order is placed, we will not be able to update your order. Please reach out to orders@willandbear.com for help with the next steps. 

Can I return my order? 

  • Credit notes will be issued if a request is requested within 30 days of the purchase date and meets the conditions of return
  • Credit notes will have a $9.20 label cost deducted prior to being issued.
  • Refunds will not be offered for any purchases during this promotional period unless required by law.
  • Items requested for exchange are not guaranteed and may sell out during this high volume period. In the event that the size/colour you selected to exchange your original order for is not available, you will be issued with a refun or we will be in in touch to determine the next steps.
