When will my order be dispatched?
Once you’ve checked out you’ll receive an email from us. We then process your order, send it to our warehouse. There, they pick, pack and ship you’re brand new hats (woo!). This *usually happens within 48hours of your order.
*During sales & peak shopping time (like christmas) dispatch times can exceed 48hours due to high demand. If there are delays we will have a shipping tab on all product pages to keep you informed.
How long does delivery take?
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post.
Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days from dispatch
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days from dispatch
Orders will be safely dropped if there is a safe place to leave the goods.
Please note we cannot always guarantee these timeframes and the timing may be exceeded during peak/busy times and to rural areas, we thank-you for your patience.

All international orders are sent via Australia Post Express. Your order should arrive in most countries within 5-7 business days from dispatch. You will receive an email from us with your Australia Post tracking number. Once the parcel arrives in your country Australia Post hand it over to your local postal agency for delivery. You will get your tracking with greater detail by using your Australia Post tracking number in your local postal agency tracking website. A signature is required for delivery so if you are not home they should leave a card to let you know where the parcel can be collected.. If your tracking is showing as "attempted delivery" but a card was not left please contact your local postal agency ASAP to arrange pick up from your local post office.
