Returns Policy
We're almost certain you'll love your hat, but if you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of purchase we offer exchanges or a gift card subject to the following conditions:
Conditions of return
- Brand new condition: unworn, not marked with tags attached.
- Purchased from willandbear.com within 30 days of return submission
- Sunscreen, E-cookbook and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned
- To return Camp Collaboration items (Camp Collab Camping Table, Camp Collab Camping Chair, Camp Hemp Picnic Rug, Camp Collab Enamel Cup Set of 2, Camp Enamel Set) please email care@wanderingfolk.com
Black Friday returns:
Please consider the following before purchasing:
Exchanges and credit notes are available if the return is requested within 60 days of the purchase date and meets the conditions of return. Change of mind refunds are not available.
- Exchange for a different size in the same colour and style, where stock is available.
- We cannot exchange your order for a different style.
- Return shipping labels will be provided for Australian customers.
- Australians: If you choose to return for a credit note, we will deduct $9 prior to issuing.
- Customers outside of Australia are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Sydney, Australia. We recommend using the most economical tracked shipping service.
- Refunds will not be offered for any purchases during this promotional period unless we deem the item to have a major fault.

Outside of Green Friday, you can choose between
- An exchange for a different size in the same style
- A store credit in the form of an electronic gift card; valid for 3 years.
- Refunds to original payment method are not available unless the item is considered faulty.
Australian Customers:
- Submit your return here
- You’ll receive an email with a prepaid label (Australia Post can print your prepaid label for you).
- Please send your hat back in the original box, or other sturdy box (please no satchels for wide brims)
USA & International Customers:
- Customers outside of Australia are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Sydney, Australia. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Next steps
- Drop the package off at your local post office and hold onto your receipt of lodgement.
- You'll receive an email once we receive your package back. After receiving this notification, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be finalised. You will receive a second email when your return has been processed, and either a gift voucher or confirmation of your exchange item.
Other notes
- Gift vouchers & credit notes are not eligible for a refund or redeemable for cash.
- If you believe your item has a fault or you've received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Experience team at orders@willandbear.com with your a quick note and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority.
- If your item has recently gone on sale, unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between the original and discounted price.
- Any item purchased from a boutique that stocks Will & Bear will need to be returned back to the store purchased from, as these stockists are independently operated.
- Any styles marked ‘final sale’ are not eligible for an exchange or refund unless deemed faulty by our team or required by law. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.
- Shipping costs are not refundable unless your item is considered faulty by our team.
Australian Consumer Law
Per Australian Consumer Law, if something you’ve purchased is deemed by us to have a minor flaw, we will assist to organise a replacement. If your item is deemed by us to have a major fault, you will have the option of a replacement, refund or store credit. Returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart are not valid for a refund.

Currumbin In-Store Returns
For any purchases made at the Will & Bear store in Currumbin, we will happily offer you a store credit or exchange for change of mind on all full priced items that are:
- In original condition; unworn with original tags attached
- Returned with proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
- For any sale styles, exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase
- Must be returned to the Will & Bear store in Currumbin
In the unlikely event that your hat is faulty, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Your store credit will be issued using a physical gift card that can be used in the Currumbin Will & Bear store, or online at www.willandbear.com
