Will & Bear Returns
We want you to love your hat!
We’ll happily accept a return of any full priced item within 30 days for a store credit where the conditions of return are met. Exchanges are available for different sizes in the same size and style, when stock is available.
Refunds are not available for change of mind.
Conditions of Return:
- Products must be in original condition; unworn, unused, with all tags attached
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- Returns must be lodged within 30 days of purchase date
We kindly ask that you ship your return back to us in the original box so that the hat is not damaged on its journey to us.
To return your original purchase and choose an alternate style/size/colour, please follow the returns process and then order the new hat with your store credit. If your new order is urgent, please reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will help you.
Australian customers - You will be emailed a trackable shipping label for you to fix to your original shipping box and drop off at your nearest Australia Post.
International customers - Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a traceable service to track the progress of your return. If you place your order through PayPal, you may be eligible to get a free return shipping costs via ‘PayPal Returns Refund’
Please kindly note that we do not provide returns to your original payment method if you simply change your mind. We will provide a store credit for you to buy your perfect hat!
Returns for items purchased during promotional offers
Items purchased during promotional activity or sales are eligible for a store credit only where the conditions of return are met. Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided unless required by law. We recommend measuring your head and referring to the individual style notes for fit and sizing. Items marked final sale
Any styles marked ‘final sale’ are not eligible for an exchange or refund unless deemed faulty by our team or required by law. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. We recommend measuring your head and referring to the individual style notes for fit and sizing. Return process for a store credit:
- Please lodge your return request here
- Once we have confirmed your request, it may take 1-2 business days to process your return online.
- You will then receive an email with instructions on the next steps, including the return label (for Australian customers)
- Once the item/s are delivered to our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
- Once approved, we will issue and email you a confirmation of store credit.
While we take care and inspect all items to ensure they meet our quality standards before sending your order to you, we are sorry if you’ve received something that is flawed.
In the case that you believe something is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please submit a return here and send images to our team via email at email@example.com so that we can help you.
Per Australian Consumer Law, if something you’ve purchased is deemed by us to have a minor flaw, we will assist to organise a replacement. If your item is deemed by us to have a major fault, you will have the option of a replacement, refund or store credit.
If you believe you have received an item different to what you ordered we deeply apologise. Please log a return request and send our team an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and brief description and we will help to rectify this as soon as possible.
Price Adjustment Policy
If your item has recently gone on sale, unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between the original and sale price. We're sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
We recommend subscribing to our mailing list to stay in the loop about upcoming promotions and new styles. To sign up, simply head to our website, scroll down to the bottom and enter your email address.
For any purchases made at the Will & Bear store in Currumbin, we will happily offer you a store credit or exchange for change of mind on all full priced items that are:
- In original condition; unworn with original tags attached
- Returned with proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
- For any sale styles, we will allow an exchange only within 7 days
- Must be returned to the Will & Bear store in Currumbin
In the unlikely event that your hat is faulty, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Your store credit will be issued using a physical gift card that can be used in the Currumbin Will & Bear store, or online at www.willandbear.com.
Any items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Any item purchased from a boutique that stocks Will & Bear will need to be returned back to the store purchased from, as these stockists are independently operated.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from purchase date.
Please note, gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
