Recently wore this n a girls weekend away and everyone loved it. Just now realised (from reading the reviews) that the band is adjustable which is perfect as the hat is slightly on the large side.

Chin straps were sewn in front & back seams instead of on the inner sides. I cut them out & everything is good. May want to mention it to your sewing staff.
