I love it. I know in my heart it's my new lucky fishing hat . I have had numerous remarks indeed compliments regarding this great lid.
With summer approaching and the need for sun protection not to mention errant fly fishing casts the broad brim is the duck's guts.
More than happy with my purchase. Now if I could just get my cat Mojo out the box.......

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment. We try to make our returns and shipping information readily available - our returns policy is available on every product page right below the images, on every page of the website at the bottom and in our FAQ's, and additionally there is a link at checkout. We offer exchanges and credit notes which are valid for three years.
Like the hat but very disappointed that it is NOT made in Australia, it is made in PRC ~ CHINA.
All the advertising says Australian made hats.

We are proud of the relationships we have with our manufacturing team in China, and they were chosen for their skill sets.
We use Australian wool, and have recently been advertising our Australian Made 'Teddy Chestnut' hat, which may be where your confusion has come from.
