I originally bought a different style and thought about it for a while, I was still able to return it and pre order the Buck then ordered the wrong size and was again able to swap it. The style of the hat is perfect and Will and Bear were so flexible and hassle free with returns!

This is my second Will and Bear hat and I absolutely love them! They are well made, comfortable and look amazing. But not only is the product just beautiful, the customer service is above expectations. I ordered the incorrect size and returned without any issues, and as I wanted my hat for my birthday celebrations only a week later, I reached out to the team to ask if there was any chance of a quick turnaround and the wonderful Customer Service Rep Laura made it happen. This is my second hat from Will and Bear and I absolutely love it. Mine is currently drying out after being caught in the rain, but it kept me dry and warm after an hour in the elements. This one has the perfect cowboy hat shape and brim and I’m going to wear it alllll the time.
