1. Competition Dates

• Start Date - Thursday 09/05/24 8am AEST 
• Entries close - Sunday 09/06/24 2pm AEST

2. How to enter

• Come in to Will & Bear’s Currumbin Store during the competition period. Scan the QR code on display and enter your details on the competition form.

3. Winner selection

• One (1) winner will be selected by random generator at 10am 10/06/24.

4. Limitations

• Employees and contractors of Will & Bear as well as their immediate family are unable to participate in this competition
• This competition is open to Australian residents only

5. The prize

• There will be one (1) prizes, to the value of $2070 AUD
• Each prize consists of the following
• 1 x $250 Will & Bear Gift card ($250 Value)
• 1 x 1 Weeknight stay at Hillview Stables ($980 Value)
• 1 x $150 Sabbi Gift Voucher ($150 Value)
• 1 x Currumbin Horse riding experience ($165 Value)
• 4 x 1.5 hour Surfing lessons at Surfing Services Currumbin ($200 Value)
• 2 x $50 Gift vouchers for Currumbin Surf Life Saving club ($100 Value)
• 21 day pass for Sunflow Studio’s Currumbin

6. Announcing Winners

• Winners will be contacted directly, no later than 12pm on 10/06/24
• Winners will be required to accept the prize via email
• Will & Bear only has one official instagram account (willandbear) and will not be responsible for the actions of any other accounts or parties imitating them during the competition period

7. Copyright and IP

• The winner agrees to have their name shared on Will & Bear’s website and Instagram (willandbear) on the date of the announcement 09/05/22

8. Posts or Comments

• Offensive, discriminatory and inappropriate comments that violate the rights of third parties will not be tolerated or allowed to enter the prize draws. These comments will be deleted and the users who shared them might be disqualified from participating in the contest and possibly in future giveaways as well.

9. Extensions or suspensions

• Will & Bear reserve the right to extend the duration of the competition or  shorten the competition period at any time

10. Disqualifications and penalties

• Will & Bear reserves the right to cancel entry of users that violate the terms and conditions of the promotion

11. Disclaimer

• Will & Bear will not be responsible for the one (1) winners misuse of the prizes or failure to comply with the terms and conditions.
• Competition dates in no way influence delivery dates. Delivery is 7-10 business days from purchase date. 
• Surf lessons with Surfing Services must be in a already scheduled group session
• Horseriding experience with Currumbin Valley Scenic Horse trail rides must be used within 3 months and in an already scheduled group booking

13. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• Participants who enter the competition accept these terms and conditions

• Australian law is applicable to this online competition
