1. Competition Dates
- Start Date - Wednesday 22/03/23 10am EST
- Entries close - Thursday 23/03/23 9pm EDT
2. How to enter
- Entrants must be following all accounts @willandbear & @wanderingfolk and @bluesfestbyronbay on Instagram.
- Additionally entrants must like and save the competition post on either @willandbear or @wanderingfolk
- Entrants must tag a friend on the post that they would like to take with them to the festival (1 tag per comment)
- One winner will be selected at random at 10am 24/03/23.
- One winner will be selected from @willandbear and @wanderingfolks posts
4. Limitations
- Employees and contractors of Will & Bear, Wandering Folk and Blues fest Byron Bay as well as their immediate family are unable to participate in this competition
- This competition is open to Australian residents only
- Prize does not include flights, accommodation or any form of travel to and from the festival
5. The prize
- There will be one (1) prize, each to the value of $2390 AUD
- The prize consists of the following
- One (1) $500 Will & Bear Voucher
- One (1) $500 Wandering Folk Voucher
- Two (2) 5 Day tickets to Blues Fest Byron Bay
6. Announcing Winners
- Winners will be announced on @willandbear and @wanderingfolk’s Instagram stories, no later than 11am AEST on 24/03/22
- Winners will be required to contact Will & Bear directly
- These are the only two accounts which will feature the winners
- Will & Bear only has one official instagram account (willandbear) and will not be responsible for the actions of any other accounts or parties imitating them
- @wanderingfolk only has one official instagram account and will not be responsible for the actions of any other accounts or parties imitating them
- @bluesfestbyronbay only has one official instagram account and will not be responsible for the actions of any other accounts or parties imitating them
7. Copyright and IP
- The winner agrees to have their Instagram username shared on Will & Bear’s & Wandering Folk’s public profile on the date of the announcement 24/03/23
8. Posts or Comments
- Offensive, discriminatory and inappropriate comments that violate the rights of third parties will not be tolerated or allowed to enter the prize draws. These comments will be deleted and the users who shared them might be disqualified from participating in the contest and possibly in future giveaways as well.
- Users who use multiple accounts to enter may also be disqualified
9. Extensions or suspensions
- Will & Bear, Wandering Folk and Blues Fest Byron Bay reserve the right to extend the duration of the competition or extend the competition period at any time
10. Disqualifications and penalties
- Will & Bear, Wandering Folk and Blues Fest Byron Bay reserves the right to cancel entry of users that violate the terms and conditions of the promotion
11. Disclaimer
- Will & Bear, Wandering Folk and Blues Fest Byron Bay will not be responsible for either of the winners misuse of the prizes or failure to comply with the terms and conditions.
