Purchased this as a gift for my wife. She got it and loved it but by the time she went to go wear it for the first time after storing it perfectly, the brim had warped. Very disappointed with the quality of this product after owning a few other hats from the brand myself.
Great hat but you guys should
Put aside that is not good for traveling cause I can’t folded that’s all

Hi Juan,
Thanks for your review! To travel with your hat we recommend packing clothes into the crown and then placing at the bottom of your suitcase to keep the brim of your hat flat. Or, you can use our carry clips to bring your hat as carry on (https://willandbear.com/products/carry-clips)
If you do end up with a bend in the brim, you can utilise the wool's memory to bring it back into shape - here's how we do it with some steam from a kettle/hot water https://willandbear.com/blogs/help/my-hat-is-all-bent-can-i-fix-it :)
So rigid it wouldn’t even go on my head. Nice colour but looked ridiculous sitting so high on the head.

Hi Andie, a shame to hear you don't love the fit of Percy. It is a more of a shallow fitting hat - you may like Andy more as it has the same crown and brim height but sits lower on the head :) Please let us know if we can help with sending your Percy back and getting you the right hat.
I love Will & Bear's signature style. The Percy is no exception and I get compliments every time I wear it out. I really enjoy the color as it does not resemble anything else in my collection and goes so well with my outfits.
