Explorer Taupe | Brown Country Hat

I ordered this Hat for my husband for his birthday. I had left it a bit late but the the staff at will & Bear where amazing to get the hat to me on time. When I had emailed them to ask would it be arrive to me on time they where so quick to reply and to let me know that they would try there best to habe it to me on time and they did. When the hat arrived it was a bit to big for my husband but the adjustment band in the inside of the hat was amazing and it then fit him perfect. Again when I emailed the staff they where so quick to reply with a solution to my problem.

Love the hat, great quality.

I rated the fit as three, but I'm not being critical of the hat because it might be my fault.

I measured it as shown ( so I thought).

The problem I'm having is if it is windy at all I can't keep the hat on my head, and I can't pull it down any

tighter as my head hits the top of the hat.

If there's any help you can offer it would be greatly appreciated.
