Explorer Taupe | Brown Country Hat

Felt of hat is nice but very loose fitting. Sized up as description told to as I was between sizes. Bought hat fillers to get a firmer fit and still lose. I would suggest to size down for others who are between sizes. Hat itself is nice just a shame it doesn't fit true to my head.

After service was and is top notch. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size and without hesitation Will and Bear replaced it for the correct size without hesitation, and the customer service representative was extremely professional and helpful.

Looking forward for the summer to put it to use

Before, I was worried about 1) postage as live outside of Australia in a semi-rural location, and 2) hat sizing (I’m a 59 and read reviews on here querying sizing).

Upon safe arrival, I shouldn’t have worried. Suoerb consistent communication about postage. Sizing, whilst slightly imprecise, tye hat has a helpful adjustable band. Perfect! Wonderful hat. I csn thoroughly recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work. Thank you

I bought this style of hat -because it wasn’t a “Cowboy hat “ I did not want a hat that looked like every other hat in the crowd,I loved the Aussie Drover style look “down in the front and down in the back “ and I looked all around the internet cuz the stores around me were all your typical “Cowboy’s hats “ rolled up sides and pinched peaks , I dislike that style and when I saw your site I investigated what you had to offer and “Waalah “ the hat I was looking for, I contacted your representative and she (Kayla) immediately responded to me with all the answers to my questions including the “infamous Tariffs-booooo” and she replied with every single cost to get it to my front door-all the way from Sydney Australia to Michigan USA !! I couldn’t believe it was only $10 dollars to ship it ($30 for the Tariffs 👎🏻)not your fault I might add, all this in the middle of the night here ,next morning I ordered my “not a cowboy hat “ and it was at my door 8 days later in perfect condition 👏👏👏👏I absolutely love my hat and am proud of it’s genuine Made in Australia 🇦🇺 heritage,so happy with my purchase and as a side note I have a vintage Aussie Drover coat 🧥 and it matches perfectly together,thank you Everyone at Will &Bear and my contact (Kayla) for all your help and I am proud to say I helped plant a tree 🌲 as well 👋👋👋👋✌️✌️✌️✌️Much respect and Peace ☮️ Kevin from Michigan ✌️✌️
