During our EOFY Sale, our returns policy is slightly different to normal - credit notes and limited exchanges are available. "Outlet" styles are available for a credit note only. • Our team aims to dispatch orders within 2 days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping time is in addition to this.
• Returns are for a credit note or exchange. Refunds to original payment method are not offered unless the item is deemed by our team to have a major fault.
• Prepaid return shipping labels are available for Australian customers; all other customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Outlet styles can be returned for a credit note only, with label cost deducted.
