This hat is exactly as advertised and what I hoped for.
I am a 7 1/8 and the Medium is perfect. Not at all tight, just snug enough to stay on.
The sweatband is comfortable, with no sharp or friction points.
As for the ordering and shipping, everything was smooth and fast, Australia to Canada, and the tracking was constant and accurate.
I even liked the occasional info emails they sent me, telling me about the company and the hat.
If/when I get another hat, Will+Bear will be my go to.

Bought my first hat a few years ago and haven't stopped wearing it since. It's practical, keeps the sun off and looks fantastic on. I decided to purchase one for my partner after seeing how good he looked in mine ;-)
It's also a great size hat for a small head and face. Doesn't look over whelming and goes with anything you wear.
