While there's no 'final sale' around here, please consider the following before purchasing:

Credit Notes and limited exchanges are available if the return is requested within 30 days of the purchase date and meets the conditions of return. Change of mind refunds are not available.

• You can exchange for a different size in the same colour and style, where stock is available.
• We cannot exchange your order for a different style.
• You can return your purchase for a credit note.
• Items marked as 'outlet' can be returned for a credit note only.
• Return shipping labels will be provided for Australian customers.
• Australians: If you choose to return for a credit note, we will deduct $9 prior to issuing.
• Customers outside of Australia are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Sydney, Australia. We recommend using the most economical tracked shipping service.
• Refunds will not be offered for any purchases during this promotional period unless we deem the item to have a major fault.

We think they're pretty good!

Our warehouse team tries their best to stick to packing all orders within 2 business days, but sometimes there's a delay of a day or two. Express shipping orders are always prioritised.

Once your order has been handed over to one of the various carriers, the transit time begins. This can be up to 3 business days for express and up to 8 business days for standard (in metro areas).

If there's any urgency in your order please choose express shipping.

Carriers are not guaranteeing their transit times and during peak times movement scans on your tracking link can be delayed/ not show.

Importantly, we cannot change orders once they've been processed. Please update your delivery address in Apple/Google Pay ahead of time and ensure all cart information is accurate before hitting the confirmation button.
