Product seems high quality; though I ordered the wrong size. I ordered from the USA website and unfortunately ordered the wrong size.
To send the product back for either return or exchange, the shipping cost is put on me the customer which is fine...except that when I went to go ship it back, minimum shipping cost was $168 (I know this sounds unbelievable and I still can't believe it honestly, but this is true). They said it was likely due in part to the size of the box even though it is super light & they said that shipping to Australia is just exorbitantly high right now.
Normally I wouldn't blame a company for this issue and the customer service was nice when I reached out to them. I even asked that since I ordered from the the USA site, was there not a local shipping warehouse which unfortunately they do not have one.
So now, I am stuck with a $120 hat that I cannot exchange and cannot return and cannot use.
I think I just wish that maybe they would have a *very prominent* disclaimer when ordering that shipping costs will be on the customer to pay and that if you are ordering outside of Australia these costs could be more than the cost of the product.
Anyways, if you aren't 100% sure you are going to love the product or have purchased the right size, don't risk it!

Absolutely love this hat! It's the perfect blend of resort elegance and effortless boho chic, making it just as gorgeous for a beach holiday as it is for a girls' day out. The crushable design is so practical- you can pack it without worrying about ruining its shape- and it still looks flawless.
The quality is beautiful, especially for the price, and it feels like a much more expensive hat. To top it all off, the customer service was exceptional.
