Warehouse Sale Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is Will & Bear (ABN 45 635 906 759) whose registered office is at Shop 2, 788 Pacific Parade, Currumbin QLD 4223 (“Promoter”).
  2. Entry is open to all Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.
  3. The competition commences on 26th May, 2023 and closes on 29th May, 2023 (“Competition Period”).
  4. To enter the competition, participants must scan the QR code and enter their details in the form. By entering this competition, participants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions and accept marketing from Will & Bear, Wandering Folk and Outland Denim.
  5. Only one entry per person is permitted. Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries will be disqualified.
  6. The prizes are 1 x $500 Voucher from Will & Bear, 1 x $500 voucher from Wandering Folk and 1 x $500 Voucher from Outland Denim. The total prize pool is valued at $1500.
  7. The winner will be drawn at random by the Promoter on Wednesday 31st May 2023. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
  8. The winner’s name will be published on the Promoter’s website and social media accounts within 14 days of the draw.
  9. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
  10. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize or for any technical difficulties that may arise in the administration of the competition.
  12. Participants agree to be added to the marketing database of Will & Bear, Wandering Folk and Outland Denim, and to receive marketing communications from them. Participants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
  13. The Promoter collects personal information about participants for the purpose of conducting the competition. By entering this competition, participants consent to the Promoter and associated parties using their personal information for this purpose.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
