• Prepaid return shipping labels are available for Australian customers; all other customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Sydney, Australia.
• Outlet styles can be returned for a credit note only, with label cost deducted.
• Effective 29 August 2025, the USA has suspended the de minimis exemption. As a result, all goods valued at $US800 or less will be subject to country-specific tariff rates, to be paid by the customer. From April 2025, Shipping to the USA has changed.
