This hat is a stiff style and will loosen around the crown with wear - if it feels stiff when you first try it on follow this guide. If you measure any where in-between sizes, size up and adjust the fit down using the built in adjustable sweatband

Hat

Love the hat, great quality.

I rated the fit as three, but I'm not being critical of the hat because it might be my fault.

I measured it as shown ( so I thought).

The problem I'm having is if it is windy at all I can't keep the hat on my head, and I can't pull it down any

tighter as my head hits the top of the hat.

If there's any help you can offer it would be greatly appreciated.

Explorer olive

Felt of hat is nice but very loose fitting. Sized up as description told to as I was between sizes. Bought hat fillers to get a firmer fit and still lose. I would suggest to size down for others who are between sizes. Hat itself is nice just a shame it doesn't fit true to my head.

Love the hat

After service was and is top notch. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size and without hesitation Will and Bear replaced it for the correct size without hesitation, and the customer service representative was extremely professional and helpful.
