I was a bit disappointed with this when it arrived, it was supposed to have a label seen in the outside - as the photo depicted. There was bone. Feels nice to wear - but I was hopping for more.

Hi Vee, I'm sorry to hear of your disapointment. Willow does not feature a label sewn outside - you may have been looking at our Tasman beanie, which has a pom pom and a label sewn onto the outside.
Everything is fabulous from colour, fit, softness and arrived packaged well. Also purchased the cream.
